Workbox system

I have decided to use a workbox system for my kids school days with a little adjustment. Sue Patrick came up with this idea and her information can be found on Sue Patricks Work Box System. I myself will be using this idea but will be tweeking it to fit our needs. Since I will be home schooling 3 children I will buy 3 craft carts such as these here for each child
This way on Saturday I can gather all their work for the week and place it in each bin. This will keep us organized and keep me from running in circles for each child. Then when the items in their box have been completed and they have done their best job they will be done for the day. The boys being 10 will not need much assistance and should be able to work on their own for the most part. I will have a separate bin for myself for items such as art supplies and school supplies. No need to be scrambling around the house looking for items and wasting time. One reason for us to home school is to break away from the ideas and routines of the public school systems.

Does anyone have other suggestions to make homeschooling life a little easier and less stressful?
